 
Welcome to the history and information page about my website, Kenny's hall of Death. My site is a tribute to the long running animated TV show 'South Park', which you can catch at 10pm every wednesday night on Comedy Central if you live in the US, or at Monday 8:30pm on SBS TV if you live in Australia like me. I opened this site on the 1st of May 1999 as my small fan tribute to the Cartoon. Ever since then, i've continually developed it over time, and as the quality and quality of the content grew, so did the site! :)
-History Timeline
1st May 1999 - Site opens for the first time.
17th May 1999 - Site moves to xoom, new layout introduced.
6th June 1999 - Another new layout introduced.
27th July 1999 - Facelifted version of layout released.
6th October 1999 - Brand new layout, alot of the content is revamped
13th October 1999 - Accepted into the onlytoons network, but never ends up moving because the admin is away long-term.
27th December 1999 - Site is accepted into the sweeet network, moves to http://kennyshall.sweeetnet.com 2 days later.
21st April 2000 - Site moves to new domain name, starkspond.com
1st May 2000 - Kenny's hall of Death is 1 year old
3rd May 2000 - Message Board Closed, replaced with gotimmygo.com.
6th May 2000 - First new layout in nearly 8 months is released.

http://www.geocities.com/TelevisionCity/Lot/4998/home.htm - Talk about a nice long URL :) This was where the whole thing started, and we were located here from May 1st 1999 to May 16th 1999.
http://members.xoom.com/Kennys_hall - From May 17th 1999 to December 29th 1999, we were hosted on Xoom.com. Not only was the hosting bad, but the address sucked, and if the 'k' was lowercase, you couldn't access it. 7 months on xoom sure did suck.
http://kennyshall.sweeetnet.com - This is when things started to get better. On December 27th 1999, Juz from sweeet.com offered me hosting on the sweeet network, which i was definitely not expecting! I have spent 6 months on sweeetnet now, and i can say that it is a damn good host.
http://starkspond.com - On April 21st 1999, sweeetnet offered to buy the site a domain as part of their policy since we were getting more popular, so here we are! :) A big thanks to Juz and tactic from sweeet/stomped for taking care of it all so quickly. We're still on the sweeet network, just with a much easier address to remember. :D
Q. What the HELL is a Starkspond for crying out loud?
Most South Park Fans would already know this, but for those who don't, Stark's Pond is the name of South Park's famous local pond. It was referred to in various episodes, and was most easily remembered as the venue of the annual South Park July 4th Fireworks Celebration.
Q. What's the deal with the site's name?
M'kay. Well when I first came up with the idea of opening a South Park Site over a year ago, Kenny was my favourite character, and I found most of his Deaths quite funny.. so thats where the name comes from, in some sort of weird form. :) Yeah, its a bit of a stupid name, but I've stuck with it since we've started, I ain't planning to change it either, m'kay? :) hehe
Q. Can you make my site some graphics and/or a layout?
I don't have much spare time on my hands these days, i will rarely be able to make somebody a layout or banner. However, if you wish to apply for a free Link Button for your site, please visit the Button Factory.
Q. I see your hosted with sweeet. Are they any good?
Yep. The Sweeet Network is maintained primarily by Juz from sweeet.com, and is a huge network of sites relating to TV, entertainment, music, and just about everything else. They provide Unlimited space and bandwidth, reliable admin support, exposure, support for CGI, Perl, PHP3, ssi, and many more specialised features. Q. Could you send me [Insert download here] ?
This is a stupid think to ask. No, i will not! That is extra trouble for nothing, and it will clog up both of our email addresses. Everything we have to offer you is already available on starkspond.com. I am not hiding and extra Downloads on my PC that aren't already up on the site! :) If ya don't find the item/s that you were looking for, check sphtml.net or spdownloads.com.
Q. Why is almost everything on this site blue?
Firstly, blue kicks ass. If you've been following my path of work in the last 10 months or so, you'll notice that almost every design i've made has been blue. :) Yes, blue is my favourite colour, and I like using blue in my webdesigns. Unfortunately, it's becoming a little overused nowadays..
Q. Can I steal the content from your page?
As long as I didn't make it, sure. Basically all of the content on the site was originally written and/or by me, including the Episode Stuff, Features, Lyrics, Profiles, What Kenny Says, How Kenny Dies, etc. I'd prefer it if you DIDN'T steal these. I have put alot of effort into them, and its sad to see them just ripped off. Although if you wish to use any of my Drawings, you may, but please give credit to starkspond.com for making it! :)
Q. Can you make a character do my name in the show?
A bit of a strange question we were asked.. we can't, I don't have a TV Show (at the moment :p). If your referring to South Park, we don't create the show, We are just a fan website. South Park is created by Matt Stone, Trey Parker, and a dedicated cast and crew, under the management of Comedy Central. To visit the official South Park Website, click here
Q. Your Site Sucks, why won't you shut it down?
<SmaCk type="pissed"> Umm.. Thanks. Feel free to send me a nice long email on why our site sucks next time you visit. Maybe you could show us how good your site is if we suck so much, i mean, if you criticise us so freely, surely you must have a better one, right? Hmmm.. Well, you have a right to your opinion, and I wont hold it against you for it. </SmaCk!>
